Serving The Santa Clarita Valley For Over 55 Years

Boys & Girls Club of Santa Clarita Valley was formed in 1968 by a group of community leaders who recognized the growing need for high-quality, affordable programs and facilities for the area’s young people. The Club is a chartered member of Boys & Girls Clubs of America, an organization with more than 4,000 clubs nationwide serving over a million youth a year.  Boys & Girls Club of Santa Clarita Valley is governed by a volunteer board of directors comprised of outstanding leaders in the community and staffed by a team of dedicated Youth Development Professionals.

The Club is a non-profit, non-sectarian organization. People are often astonished to learn that membership in the Boys & Girls Club of Santa Clarita Valley is only $60 per year per child for the first child and $45 for each additional child in a household.

Financial support for The Club comes from a variety of sources. Private and corporate donations, grants and a very active board that puts on several large fundraisers each year, are the key to the success and financial stability of The Club.

The Club’s success also depends on the dedicated volunteers who make tremendous contributions of time and talent, with responsibilities ranging from board membership and technical expertise, to in-kind donations and services for our special events and fundraisers. Their commitment enables The Club to offer the most affordable and accessible quality youth programs in the valley.
